History of India (Medieval): Indian history from the post-Gupta period to the Mughal Empire.
World History (Medieval): Development of civilizations across Europe, Asia, and the Islamic world during the medieval period.
Historiography: Examination of how history has been written and interpreted over time.
Semester 3:
History of India (Modern): Study of India under British rule, the freedom struggle, and post-independence developments.
World History (Modern): European Enlightenment, Industrial Revolution, French Revolution, and colonialism.
Economic History of India: Study of India's economic structures from ancient times to modernity.
Semester 4:
History of South India: An in-depth look at the history of South Indian kingdoms, including the Cholas, Cheras, and Vijayanagara Empire.

History of Science and Technology: Impact of scientific and technological developments on society throughout history.

Contemporary World History: Global developments post-World War II, the Cold War, and the rise of the United States and Soviet Union as superpowers.
History of Social Movements in India: Analysis of reform movements, the rise of political ideologies, and movements like the Non-Cooperation and Civil Disobedience movements.
Environmental History: Exploration of the relationship between human societies and the natural environment throughout history.
Semester 6:
History of Southeast Asia: Study of Southeast Asian civilizations, colonialism, and post-colonial developments.
Contemporary India: Examination of political, economic, and social changes in India from independence to the present.
